It’s a strange weather day here in Toronto. Balmy 21°C, in the middle of October. Braised beef ribs in the oven. Horizon Hazy IPA in the glass. Been pottering around the house, getting closer to where we should be - the back of the basement is still a total mess, but it is a little bit less of a mess.
