I like Ben’s 2026 checklist. So here is mine:
- Wake up at 6am.
- Do my 5 Tibetans.
- Have my Greek yogurt and raisins/fruit in the morning.
- Salad or soup for lunch.
- Whatever I want for dinner. No fruit juices (except very, very occasionally).
- Read book/comic every day, even if it’s a few pages.
- Write 50 words a day. The project doesn’t matter, it’s the practice and habit which I love.
- Reflect on the day that just went by in my 5 year Hobonichi.
- Spend an hour with the kids, drawing or a creative project together.
- Go to bed at 10:30pm.
Ones that I am going to steal from Ben are:
- Communicate with a friend, even if it’s just a one-line text.
- Tell the people I love, that I love them.
