The Garden provided the children with everything they needed. A stream of milk flowed from the tree itself and was all the nourishment they needed. But the Garden provided more than sustenance. It also provided the tools of engagement. As infants the first of these were the orbs. Small lifeless bulbs that turn to life as soon as a child holds one.
